Shipping: We package orders every Thursday. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are processed chronologically from the time they were placed. Keep in mind that this small business is run by one person and it can take time for orders to be shipped out. I greatly appreciate your patience is greatly appreciated :)

Basic Letter Mail Information:

The Basic Letter Mail shipping option is available in Canada and U.S.A as a more affordable shipping option for smaller orders. However, once your order is shipped (if you selected this shipping option) Foreverless is no longer responsible for your order. This means that if it is lost or stolen, we cannot refund/replace the order. Letter mail is not tracked or signed for. This is a protection for our company against fraud because there is no way for us to track whether or not someone received the order and is claiming otherwise. We want to continue offering a more affordable option but please know that it has risks.    

Delivery: (May experience delays due to COVID-19) 
- Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days within Canada.
- Delivery can take up to 7-21 business days when shipping to the U.S.A.

NO SUCH THING AS FOREVER is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.
